Can I eat normally after All-on-4? Most patients start with soft foods after surgery and progress to a full diet as healing continues — typically within 3 to 6 months. Once the final prosthesis is in place, there are no dietary restrictions.

Is All-on-4 better than dentures? For most patients, yes. All-on-4 implants are fixed, look and feel like natural teeth, and prevent the bone loss that dentures cannot stop. Dentures can cause sore spots, slippage, and dietary restrictions. All-on-4 avoids all of that.

How long is the recovery after surgery? Surgery is typically done under general anaesthesia as day surgery. Most patients are back at a desk job within a week, with physical comfort continuing to improve over the following weeks.
