Every Ideal Package includes: 6 custom porcelain veneers, 3D iTero digital scan, resin reveal trial smile (diagnostic wax-up), comprehensive dental examination, bitewing X-rays, panoramic OPG X-ray, professional scale, clean and polish, Zoom in-chair whitening, and a custom-fitted night splint.

Elite Package — 8 veneers for $9,990 (save $1,585)

The Elite Package extends the treatment to eight veneers across the full smile zone. This is our most popular option for patients who want a harmonious, complete result — every tooth visible in a natural, relaxed smile. If the Ideal Package feels like it might leave teeth visible at the edges, the Elite Package resolves that.

Every Elite Package includes: 8 custom porcelain veneers, plus all the same inclusions as the Ideal Package.

Ultimate Package — 10 veneers for $11,990 (save $1,885)

The Ultimate Package covers ten veneers — including the canines and first premolars — for the widest, most complete smile transformation possible. This is the choice for patients who want a full, confident smile that looks great from every angle.

Every Ultimate Package includes: 10 custom porcelain veneers, plus all the same inclusions as the Ideal and Elite packages.

Individual veneers — $1,650 each

For patients who only need one or two veneers — for example, to match an existing smile after a chip or accident — we offer individual veneers at $1,650 per tooth.

What every package includes — and why it matters

3D iTero digital scan + resin reveal trial smile ($800 value)

The iTero intraoral scanner captures a precise 3D digital impression of your teeth without traditional impression materials. No gagging, no mess, no distortion. The digital files go directly to the laboratory.

The resin reveal — also called a diagnostic wax-up or mock-up — is a physical trial smile placed on your teeth before any preparation takes place. Using temporary resin material, your dentist shows you what your planned veneers will look like in your mouth. You can see the shape, size, length, and aesthetic result and give feedback before anything irreversible happens.

Not every practice includes this step. At Core Dental Glenferrie, it is included in every package, because you should approve your result before treatment begins.

Comprehensive dental examination + bitewing X-rays ($350 value)

A thorough dental examination before cosmetic work ensures all underlying health issues are identified and addressed first. Bitewing X-rays check for decay between teeth and changes in supporting bone that aren't visible clinically.

Panoramic OPG X-ray ($200 value)

A full-mouth panoramic X-ray gives your dentist an overview of all teeth, roots, jaw structures, and surrounding bone — providing a complete clinical picture before treatment begins.

Professional scale, clean, and polish ($250 value)

A thorough professional clean removes calculus and surface staining, sets a clean baseline for shade selection, and ensures gum health before restorations are placed. Veneers bonded to clean, healthy teeth form a better, more durable bond.

Zoom in-chair whitening ($600 value)

Professional whitening is done before veneer placement, because the shade of your natural teeth directly influences the shade chosen for your veneers. Whitening first means we can match veneers to the brightest possible baseline — producing the most natural-looking final result.

Custom-fitted night splint ($500 value)

A night splint is made after veneer placement to protect your investment. Many patients grind or clench their teeth during sleep without realising it. A custom-fitted night splint distributes occlusal forces across all teeth, protecting your veneers from the wear and fracture that bruxism can cause over time.

The veneer process at Core Dental Glenferrie

Appointment 1 — Consultation, scan, and trial smile

Your cosmetic dentist takes a full dental and medical history, assesses your dental health, and discusses your smile goals in detail. An iTero scan is taken and your initial smile design is developed. Photographs are taken. The resin reveal trial smile is placed on your teeth for your review and approval.

Appointment 2 — Preparation and temporary veneers

A small, precise amount of enamel is removed from each tooth to create space for the veneer. This typically ranges from 0.3 to 0.7 mm. Temporary veneers are placed while your permanent veneers are fabricated by the laboratory.

Appointment 3 — Veneer placement and night splint

Your custom porcelain veneers are permanently bonded to your teeth. Adjustments are made for fit, bite, and aesthetics. At this appointment (or shortly after), your custom night splint is also fitted.

How long do porcelain veneers last?

With proper care, porcelain veneers last between 10 and 20 years, and often longer. Longevity depends on daily oral hygiene, wearing your night splint if you grind, attending regular check-ups, and avoiding habits that stress the porcelain — such as biting nails, opening packaging with your teeth, or chewing ice.

Porcelain veneers do not stain or discolour in the same way that natural teeth or composite resin do. However, the natural teeth surrounding your veneers will continue to yellow over time, so periodic whitening treatments help keep the overall appearance consistent.
