Core Dental Group - Languages we speak: multilingual dental care across Melbourne
Why multilingual dental care matters
Good clinical care starts with good communication. A dentist who speaks your language can take a thorough medical history, understand what's actually worrying you, and explain treatment options in terms that make sense. You can ask questions, say what you'd prefer, and give properly informed consent, all in the language where you feel most at home.
Melbourne is one of the world's most diverse cities, and the communities around our practices reflect that. Our western suburban locations in particular serve areas with large numbers of Arabic, Farsi, Bengali, and Mandarin speakers. We've deliberately recruited and retained clinicians who reflect the communities they work in.

A network built around your community
The range of languages spoken across Core Dental Group isn't accidental. It comes from a deliberate decision to build a network that actually reflects the communities we work in.
Melbourne's suburban growth corridors, particularly in the west and north, include areas where large proportions of residents speak a language other than English at home. Quality dental care should be equally accessible to every member of those communities, regardless of what language they speak.
As the network grows to nine locations by June 2026, with new practices opening in Bentleigh (Bayside) and Hawthorn (Glenferrie), we'll keep recruiting clinicians who reflect the communities around each practice.
